Return Policy

1. Cooling-Off / Return Period

Customers have the right to return their order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing any reason. During this period, the customer may inspect the product as they would in a physical store.

2. Conditions for Returns

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and complete.

  • The product should be returned in its original packaging, if reasonably possible.

  • The following items cannot be returned:

    • Personalized or custom-made products

    • Hygiene-related items with a broken seal

    • Perishable goods

3. How to Return an Item

  1. Send an email to [your email address] including your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. You will receive a confirmation and the correct return address.

  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back using a carrier of your choice.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.

  • If the product is defective or incorrectly delivered, return shipping costs will be fully reimbursed.

  • Original shipping costs will not be refunded, except in cases of damaged or incorrectly delivered items.
